Customer story

Carla teaches female entrepreneurs how to use Instagram to grow their audience and their income. Her course, Instagram Secrets to Success, sells almost entirely through webinars.
In 2022 that meant a handful of live events a week. Today the same offer runs as an always-on funnel: just-in-time sessions starting every 15 minutes, two concentrated live slots a day, and a custom replay page that opens the offer at the 50-minute mark and expires after five days.
Since launch, that funnel has taken 267,908 registrations and generated $5M in course revenue.

Turning registrations into buyers, at volume
Carla wasn't short of registrations. She was short of a system that could carry large volumes of registered leads all the way through to attendance and a course purchase, without losing people at each handoff.
She needed to run live events at high frequency and then move to evergreen replay funnels without giving up conversion performance – the trade most creators end up making.
It also had to fit the tools she already ran her business on: ActiveCampaign tags, ThriveCart checkout, Vimeo hosting. And it had to segment attendees by behavior – watched the full session, left early – so follow-up could be written for each group instead of everyone getting the same email.
Finally, the offer needed to land at the right moment in the session, without adding friction for the viewer or technical overhead for Carla.
The funnel she built
Carla assembled a funnel out of EasyWebinar's scheduling, replay and messaging controls, wired into the stack she already had.
- Scheduling
- Recurring webinars at fixed daily times, plus just-in-time sessions starting every 15 minutes so a registrant is never more than a quarter of an hour from the next start.
- Custom replay
- A replay page built to introduce the offer inside the replay video itself. The replay expires after five days, then redirects to Carla's own site.
- Waiting-room copy
- Countdown and waiting-area messaging rewritten to reward people who show up early, rather than just counting down at them.
- Notification sequence
- Reminders at 1 day, 3 hours and 15 minutes before start; follow-ups at 15 minutes (thank you) and 2 hours (replay) after the session ends.
- Integrations
- ActiveCampaign for behavioral tagging and segmented follow-up, ThriveCart for checkout, Vimeo for hosting the custom replay.
From a modest live program to an evergreen engine
Registrations went from single-digit thousands a month to hundreds of thousands – and the show-up rate went up rather than down as volume grew, which is the part that usually breaks.
Automated sessions now out-perform live ones on attendance, so the always-on funnel isn't a compromise version of the live event. It's the better-converting one.
A closer look at the numbers
| Metric | Early 2022 · live | Oct 2025 · automated | Change |

What actually moved the needle
- 15-minute JIT intervals
- Cut the wait between signing up and watching, so registrants convert to attendees while intent is still high.
- Fewer, better live slots
- Dropping from three daily live sessions to two concentrated the audience into higher-engagement times instead of spreading it thin.
- An offer inside the replay
- Introducing the offer at roughly the 50-minute mark captured replay viewers who previously reached the end without ever seeing a pitch.
- Waiting-room copy
- Small changes that rewarded early joiners raised the perceived value of showing up on time.
- Timed follow-ups
- The thank-you and replay emails drove replay consumption – which is where a meaningful share of sales now happens.
- Tagging and checkout
- ActiveCampaign tags made follow-up specific to what each attendee actually did; ThriveCart kept checkout friction low at the moment of decision.
- Iteration, not guesswork
- No-offer replay → offer-enabled replay, then webinar replica → Vimeo-hosted custom replay. Each change was tested before it became the default.
The features behind the growth
- Native event page builder, with waiting-area and countdown pages for pre-conversion messaging
- Just-in-time scheduling and recurring events for high-frequency live availability
- Flexible replay handling – webinar replica or fully custom pages – for testing timed offers
- Registration button and event registration widgets for fine-grained control of the sign-up experience
- Integrations with ActiveCampaign, Vimeo and ThriveCart
In Carla's words
“I teach female entrepreneurs how to use Instagram to grow their audience and income. I've been using EasyWebinar since 2022, and I primarily run automated webinars with it. My one webinar funnel selling my Instagram Secrets to Success course has generated over $5 million since then. I absolutely love EasyWebinar – it's super easy to set up.”
The bottom line
Carla scaled a single-course funnel into $5M since 2022 by iterating on four things – scheduling, replay experience, follow-up notifications and event page messaging – with EasyWebinar as the backbone underneath all of them.
The funnel changes did the heavy lifting: just-in-time sessions, tighter scheduling, and monetizing the replay. The integrations made it survivable at volume.
