Guide
How to make a webinar easy to join and worth staying for
Make joining one step, remind people on the channel they read, and give them something to do in the first minutes. Most of the attendee experience is decided before the first slide: whether the link opens the room, whether the reminder arrived, and whether there is a reason to stay once they are in.
Remove the install step
Every extra step between the reminder and the room is a place to lose someone. With EasyWebinar, attendees open the link in any browser on desktop or mobile and land in the room, with no download, plugin or account to create.
Remind people where they will see it
Confirmation and reminder emails go out for every webinar. For registrants who don’t open email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders, both in beta, are set up per webinar in the same Notifications tab and sent from an EasyWebinar number, so there is no separate messaging integration to connect. Add a phone field to your registration form, and pick the one channel your audience reads; sending both can feel like too much. Each reminder carries the link that opens the room.
Give attendees something to do early
Open the chat with a question, run a short poll and invite questions into the Q&A. Reactions let quieter attendees respond without typing. Delivery runs on Dolby OptiView WebRTC with sub-second latency, and TrueVoice audio is built for up to five people speaking at once when presenters join you.
Plan for people who can’t make it live
Some registrants will miss the session. Send them the replay link, and give the replay page a deadline so watching has a clear window. From Growth, no-shows and replay viewers each get their own follow-up.
