If you’re running live webinars and not using high-converting events to create an automated webinar funnel, you’re probably missing out on a ton of leads and sales.

How to Setup an Automated Webinar – 5 Easy Steps

1. Log Into Your EasyWebinar Portal

The first step is logging into your EasyWebinar account so you can access past recordings or upload a new video that you want to automate.

2. Choose Your Webinar 

The second step is to find a live video that you have already recorded inside the EasyWebinar portal that you want to use for automation. Ideally, you want to find a webinar that has the highest conversion rate so you can put it on autopilot for your audience. We make this easy to see once you get logged into your account and can view your past live webinars.

If you’re using a past live recording, click “Live” at the top of the menu bar. Find your perfect webinar from the past, then hit “Edit webinar” and toggle the event type from “Live” to “Automated” and hit save at the top right-hand corner. This will then move your recording to the automated tab on the menu.

The other option is that you can upload a different webinar recording that wasn’t previously live as well. For example, you could convert Google hangouts on air video into our platform.

In general, it’s best to run live events, record them, study the metrics, and then convert into automated events. This will help make sure you’re not running paid traffic to a webinar that didn’t convert well (ex. Bad webinar script, tech issues, poor audience engagement, etc.).

3. Edit Your Webinar

One of the many benefits of automated webinars is the amount of flexibility that you have with the event. It gives attendees more options and it also gives you more freedom.

  • Choose one-time or recurring event 
  • Choose event frequency (every day, specific dates or selected days of the week)

When you host webinars, live or automated, you can easily edit your webinar registration page, thank you page, event page, webinar replay page, and event integrations, and more. Hit save and you will create a webinar that is ready to run on autopilot. 

Once all of these features are set, it’s time to get people to your registration page. 

4. Drive Traffic to Your Evergreen Webinar

Call your audience to action and get them to attend on time.

Once everything is set and ready to go, it’s time to get people to sign up for your webinar. You can do this by running paid ads on social media or using platforms like LinkedIn to promote organically. 

5. Test and Analyze Your Webinar
