The second way to invest in your webinar skills is to do plenty of market research.
Here’s the thing, most entrepreneurs put together a webinar based on what they think users want. This can work but it’s not a very scalable model either. Sometimes, this can end up in a webinar that took you hours to create only to make a few (or no) sales.
Instead, you want to adequately spend time getting to know your audience. Start asking yourself, what do people really want to know?
