How to Make Money With Webinars – 4X Your Revenue
If you’re like most people, you want to learn how to make money with webinars so you can work less and earn more.

Here’s the thing, unless you’re a huge brand, you probably can’t just do one live webinar and make millions of dollars in sales.
Instead, you need a strategy that will help you make more money with webinars. In this post, I’m going to share my proven “Event Launch Blueprint” to help you do just that. With this strategy, you can make quadruple (yes, 4X) what you would make from just running one live event.

As you can tell from watching the video, there are a ton of ways to make money with your webinars without spending more time running webinars. The key to success is having that one event work for you long after you are done recording the event.
Here is a step-by-step breakdown of my Event Launch Blueprint to help you make more money with webinars:
Strategy #1: Run a Live Webinar
The first way to make money with webinars is by running a live webinar. Like an in-person event, you schedule this webinar in advance and invite people to attend.
With a live webinar, you schedule it on a specific day and time zone using Easy Webinar’s platform. Once it’s scheduled, you would then create a slide deck, practice your presentation, and go live at the scheduled time.
Once your sales webinar is complete, people can buy as soon as you open the cart. Plus, they can also buy in your post-webinar email sequence as well.
But this is only the start. The live webinar lays the groundwork to make more money from webinars with three different strategies.

Strategy #2 – Rebroadcast Your Live Webinar
The second step in my Event Launch Blueprint is to rebroadcast your live webinar. A rebroadcast is basically an encore presentation of the live event that you already recorded.
With Easy Webinar, you can take the previous live session from the day before and easily use it again. I recommend streaming it in two different sections the next day. You can choose to run yesterday’s webinar (it the conversions were high) or use a past webinar as well.
Plus, if the previous webinar didn’t go well, you can always run it live again and get a redo. This way you can make any tweaks to your presentation and ensure it runs better.
When rebroadcasting, I recommend that you schedule it two times the next day, preferably at 11 am and 5 pm. You can also run it in your timezone or your attendee’s time zone as well.
The cool thing is that they are coming to the same registration page, so you aren’t wasting the time it took to create it. Strategy #3 – Timed Replay Webinar
The third step to make more money from your webinar is a timed replay of the live event. A timed replay is where you send your list a previously recorded video. With timed replays, there is a sense of urgency for viewers as the webinar won’t be online forever.
Remember, with a timed replay, this is the actual live webinar which means they can’t fast forward or rewind. While there is not as much commitment as a live webinar, there is the time element that creates urgency. This urgency can help you make more money and get them to buy on the timed replay.
This is why I love a timed replay, they add scarcity which will get more attendees to commit now. It’s vital that you stress how the offer is going away soon and that if they don’t act now, they will still have the same problems in their life or business.
In general, I think it’s a good idea to only make it available for 72 hours and then have the link expire. The key to a timed replay is to make sure that the webinar and the offer expire at the same time.
Remember, you have a tool that can help transform your audience. It’s up to you to position it correctly. The transformation is in the transaction!
Strategy #4 – Create an Evergreen Webinar
The fourth way to make money from webinars is by setting up an automated webinar (also known as evergreen webinars). Setting up an automated webinar is simple using Easy Webinar’s software.
To get started, all you need to do is take the same live webinar and schedule it to stream out every single day. This is different than a timed replay as automated webinars are consistently being streamed out 24/7.

Make Money With Webinars by Using the Event Launch Blueprint
As you can tell, there are a lot of ways to make money from one live webinar. While live webinars tend to yield the highest engagement, they also make you sit in front of the computer. Since they take up your precious time, they aren’t scalable like automated webinars.
This is why I recommend using a combination of live and automated webinars. Once you have a high-converting live webinar, you can rebroadcast the next day, turn it into a timed replay, and convert it to an evergreen webinar as well.
Evergreen webinars are also great if you have a lot of organic traffic to a popular blog post or Youtube video. By having a link to your automated webinar registration page, you can convert people from reading or watching your content to a webinar fast. Even if they don’t buy on the webinar, you have their email list and can sell at a later date.
