Section 2: Liability and Service Performance
1. No Guarantee of Webinar Performance
EasyWebinar provides the tools and platform necessary to host both live and automated webinars; however, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as attendee numbers, lead generation, or sales success. The performance of your webinars depends on multiple factors that are outside of EasyWebinar’s control, including your content, delivery, audience engagement, and external market conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that EasyWebinar is not liable for the success or failure of your webinars, or for any resulting business impact, including but not limited to lost profits, opportunities, or any other damages.
2. No Guarantee of Marketing Service Results
If you use any marketing services offered by EasyWebinar, you acknowledge that these services are intended to assist in promoting your webinars or business, but individual results may vary. We make no representations or guarantees about the effectiveness or outcome of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to ad performance, lead generation, sales conversions, or return on investment (ROI).
EasyWebinar will not be held responsible for the variability in performance or results achieved through these marketing efforts.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyWebinar and its affiliates will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform or services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruptions, data loss, or other financial losses.
In any event, EasyWebinar’s total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EasyWebinar in the preceding 12 months for the services giving rise to the claim.

COMMISSION PAYMENTS
Commissions are disbursed on the 15th day of each month. Payments are initiated following a NET-45 day cycle from the month in which the sale was made. To clarify, here is the schedule:
- On January 15th, we pay commissions for sales made in November.
- On February 15th, we pay commissions for sales made in December.
- On March 15th, we pay commissions for sales made in January.
There is a minimum commission payout amount of $100.00. You must reach at least $100 in commissions due which are ALL from sales outside of their 30 day guarantee period. This is the minimum amount that you must earn before you will be paid commissions. In any commission period, your commission must exceed this amount before you will receive any sums for that period. Commissions below this minimum amount will be held until such time as the commission equals or exceeds this amount.
Commissions are not paid for any sales for which payment has not been received, or for any transaction that has been rejected for any reason.
We are not responsible for paying interest to affiliates for accrued but not yet delivered commission payments.
If a transaction incurs a charge-back, or if an online transaction is not completed in every way, or if we have reason to believe a transaction is fraudulent or violates any of the terms of this Agreement in our reasonable discretion, no commission payment is due to the affiliate. If a commission has already been paid, then it will be deducted from an active affiliate’s future commissions.

Please note we do advise affiliates to ask their referrals to clear cookies before using their links to ensure credit of the sale to their account.
Any purchases referred through links not generated inside the affiliate center will not track to a specific affiliate account and cannot be attributed to a specific affiliate. In special rare cases (at our own discretion) we will credit a sale to an affiliate that has not tracked if they can provide relevant information about the buyer, and we can confirm this with the buyer. Sales will not be attributed to an affiliate if another affiliate has already been credited with the sale (i.e. we will not change the attributed affiliate on a sale).
We use cookies to track affiliate referrals and sales. All cookies have a 90-day expiration. We do not pay out commissions on referrals after this period except in the case of our continuity programs which are paid for the duration of the subscription (for as long as the member remains subscribed and actively paying for the membership).
COMMISSION RATES
Commission rates varies, but typically, 20% commission will be paid on referred sales of the EasyWebinar packages.
If an Affiliate has not referred any new customer in the previous 3 months (90 days), they will no longer earn recurring commissions for historical accounts. If an Affiliate begins to refer customers again after the 3-months have lapsed, the affiliate will get commission only on the new referrals and the commission rate will be 20%.
In order to be eligible for a payout, Affiliates need to meet these criteria:
- Have referred at least five new customers in a month.
- “Due Next Payment” is at least $100.00
- To keep the historical payment at least 3 new customers in three months.
Purchases are tracked for 90 days after your affiliate link is clicked. The affiliate link that was clicked first will get credit for the purchase. Commissions are held for 45 days before being paid.
Note: Please note any commissions will be calculated on the main product price, not including any tax or additional charges.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES – Things You Should NOT Do As An Affiliate
You agree that you are NOT allowed to do the following things if approved for the affiliate program. By doing any of the following, you will be terminated from the program and agree that any commissions earned will be forfeited without recourse:
- You are not permitted to take aid/use third-party systems for email promotions. It must be your OWN opt-in email list that can be used. Using spam mail, safe lists, buying solo ads, and similar things are not allowed as well.
- You must not run negative PPC or Iframe campaigns or any other controversial ways to increase click-through rates. If caught using campaigns as mentioned, your affiliate partnership will stand canceled instantly.
- Avoid using the raw affiliate link provided by us. All affiliates are encouraged to utilize RE-direct links in e-mails and website campaigns and not the direct affiliate link you will receive. This increases conversions for both of us.
- Any purchases done by you will not earn any commission.
- All JV prizes need ‘lead quality’ verification before being awarded, subject to fraud review. If fraud is found, further action will be taken.
- Using the words EasyWebinar, EW, Casey Zeman, CSZ Corp are not permitted as domain names. We reserve full right to enforce trademark infringement if you are found using these trademarked words.
- Use RSS feeds or the same text instead of scraping content from our site. We highly recommend creating good original content to rank better in search results.
- PPC campaigners are allowed to bid for any keyword including product and author names as long as you agree that EasyWebinar and CSZ Corp own these trademarks and you are using these words only as part of an agreement. The agreement can be revoked at any time. Keep in mind point number 2 when planning your campaign strategy.
- You are to abide by the law of your own country while promoting affiliate product.
