What does EasyWebinar 4.1 include?
1. New widget designs
Each template design now has a registration box that is designed similar to it. These widgets will also dynamically change based on your scheduled event and settings (and will change based on your attendees local timezone). Of course you can use the registration widget inside of WordPress, Leadpages, OptimizePress 2 or any other front end page builder!
2. New ONE TIME registration event feature (even if you’re streaming your event at multiple times)
By default you can give your registrants the ability to chose future dates from the drop down. This is great, but it means your event prospects have to select from a list of times to choose. Some people might see too many options and decide not to sign up!
So now, you can have your event streamed out multiple times in a day, but only show the soonest event time to a prospect. This means, there’s no choosing involved for them making it easier to register!
To illustrate this further, say you stream out an automated event at 1PM, 5PM, 7PM etc (or any time you please). If you attendee shows up to your page at 4:30, they’ll see the next event is at 5PM (in 30min!) It’s the only option they’re shown.
Scheduling events this way has shown to significantly increase conversions! Make sure you try it out!
3. Modified Infusionsoft tagging feature.
We integrated infusionsoft tagging a while back…however, before we were adding all registrants into NO-Show tag. But since then we changed how that functionality works, everyone who is added as a registrant is only tagged as NO-Show AFTER the event has ended.
4. Add emails will be added to marketable list in infusionsoft:

5. Fixed countdown page issues:
We were using a method of caching the countdown pages and noticed that there was an issue with the countdown timer slowing down. We since then changed that out and changed the functionality of how one is entered into the event. Now faster and easier!
6. Added two layout for video player in double presenter theme:
We just added a larger player option for the ‘Double Presenter Theme’ Now you have the option of a video player that is 670 x 376 and 1140 x 492. (Bigger player…woo hoo)
7. Other bug Fixes
Finally there were several other smaller fixes and bugs that are now resolved. (Such as the Chris Luck AR integration, and more)
