What is EasyWebinar?
EasyWebinar is a full Webinar suite that can do both live and automated webinars. We host all of your pages for you but also give you the ability to publish your webinars to Wordpress for those die-hard Wordpress users.
What kind of events can I do with EasyWebinar?
You can do Live Webinars, Automated Webinars, Summits, Hybrid Events, Encore Events, Create Simple Replay Pages and more. EasyWebinar creates the registration page, thank you page, the email follow-up, social share feature, event page, the event replay & more.
You use YouTube Live for your live stream platform. Is that a safe platform to use?
Yes, as well as our new live engine.  You have the ability to use either one.  Youtube is backed and owned by Google, you can run 10’s of thousands of people through it without an issue at any one time. You can still run a Google Hangout technology through YouTube Live (For super fast set up) or an even more advanced stream using Wirecast, or any third party video encoder with YouTube.
To Run an Automated Webinar, What kind of video hosting do I need?
Actually, you don’t need any video hosting! Since you’re using YouTube Live, your events will be recorded automatically and added to YouTube. (which you can then use for your automated events).

However, for power users, EasyWebinar integrates directly with Amazon S3 for video hosting of high quality .mp4 videos (if you didn’t want to use the YouTube/Google Hangout videos). You can also use Vimeo videos for your Automated webinars as well!
How does EasyWebinar work with my autoresponder?
You have the option to use our built in email notification system and / or use an autoresponder such as Aweber, Mailchimp, Infusionsoft, Constant Contact and others.

So, when you add someone to a webinar, they can be seamlessly added to your email list too! Plus we have advanced API integration with both Infusionsoft and Ontraport and soon to be many more CRM platforms.
How does your notification system work?
You have the option to send out emails once someone registers, before the event and after the event. You can customize them as you like.

The best part is if you’re running an automated webinar in multiple time zones, our built in notification system will keep track of everything. We host your built in emails directly.
Do I need to install any software on my computer?
No, there’s no need to install software on your computer. You can start building a webinar in 10 seconds after signing up to EasyWebinar. You would create your app name and then all of your webinars will be built from there. You also have the option of sending your Webinars straight to a Wordpress Site.
Does EasyWebinar work on a smart phone or tablet?
Yes, your attendees can view your events on a smart phone or tablet. Our templates are mobile responsive.
